"MUSIC HERO, emprende tu reto" is a game of strategic simulation multiuser developed for Andalucía Emprende, Fundación Pública Andaluza as an educational tool to promote the skills of the enterprising persons.

Principally aimed for young people between 12 and 17, it tries to be a practical tool that amplifies the work developed by the educational centers increasing the knowledge and the development of the skills of the enterprising people.

In the extended version, with a duration from 2 to 3 months, the participants know, experiment and think about the set of skills that are necessary to undertake a project, through a simulation that allows to create and to manage a musical group. This version is mainly used in the Guadalinfo centers based in the whole Andalusian geography. In the pilot game 125 centers and 1,160 players took par.

The scenarios are populated with characters who explain to the players that actions can carry out and his usefulness.

The version “Workshop” has an approximate duration of 2 hours and is used in schools of 8 provinces of the community for trained facilitators to analyze the evolution of every participant in the game and the results obtained in the final report to see how it has considered the use of their skills.

The game can be used in environments of not formal education, in addition to the pedagogic project, or as tool of experimentation and of promotion of the enterprising culture from a more play activity and informal side.
