“Tiburón o Pescadilla, a la búsqueda de la Excelencia” (Shark or Whiting, to the search of Excellence) is a detailed manager simulator where all the players compete on the market with an undifferentiated product, in this case the sugar. The game is basically a play activity, giving priority to the play on realistic aspects, in order that the game is entertained and addictive. The players take part because they like it, the fact that it serves to understand the ins and outs of a company or to find out how the markets behaves versus different trade policies they are added values.

What are you going to be in the exciting business world, a shark or a whiting? Compete with other players for the best clients, rent warehouses, buy offices, control expenses, avoid your employees leave the business, do brainy analyses of market and if you have guts, defame to the competition.

To take part in the game you only need to have an Internet connection (at home, at work, in the university, etc.) and an e-mail address. The game works entirely as a web page, without need to install any software or plug-in, facilitating this way the access.

Once created our company and get an idea about the market it is time to start organizing the different areas that compose it.
